Job Description:
Position: Marketing & Sales Director
1.Drive for revenue success, operational oversight, and financial management for our company.
2.Interact regularly with our customers and suppliers to ensure our company delivering right products to each customer according to contemporary demand on product types.
3.Know the ways to socialize with our potential and existing customers, all over the world, resulting in increasing our sales.
4.Familiar with most of component/part manufacturers, especially in China, for obtaining good products in term of cost and quality.
5.Pro-active analysis of up-to-date technology and embedded opportunities in the target business lines and identify potential customers.
6.Explore different sales channels/platforms/media and fully utilize their advantages to increase our sales revenues.
7.Promote our products and services to potential customers.
8.Perform regular analysis on our main competitors (e.g. SWOT), and then propose the according strategies in marketing positions and product purchases.
9.Understanding of actual customer expectation and industry technology trends.
10.Identify and develop new customers, as well as maintain the business partnership with current customers.
11.Drive the closure of contracts and project specific agreements.
12.Provide all necessary actions/services/assistances to our customers in order to achieve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
13.Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
14.Increase the market share of our company with respect to other competitors.
15.Accept any assignment as requested by our company.
Job Requirement:
1.Holder of bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or Business is expected.
2.Six Sigma Black Belt is highly desired but not a must.
3.A good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
4.A minimum of 10 years of proven marketing and sales experience.
5.10+ years of experience working for an electrical component distributor/retailer, manufacturer representative for components or component manufacturer strongly preferred.
6.Working in those top contractor manufacturers such as Jabil/Flex/Sanmina/Celestica/Foxconn before being an advantage.
7.Knowledge of semiconductors, electronic components/parts, computer/mobile gadgets, etc.
8.Understanding the basic manufacturing processes for building a product: SMT, injection moulding, assembly, ATE, etc.
9.Strong business acumen and budgetary management experience.
10.The ability to build and leverage relationships and identify key decision makers.
11.Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
12.Result-oriented.
