6 Months Supply Planning Manager (FMCG)

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for supply planning for Singapore Domestic market, Wholesale and Indonesia channels, Interco - Cambodia, Philippines, Myanmar and Vietnam, as well as consolidating requirements for Regional Hub.

The position is expected to play a key role in development and implementation of key initiatives by working with other functions such as sales, marketing, product development and finance, to reconcile top-down financial plans with the bottom-up operational plans and by facilitating the S&OP meeting by creating and analysing multiple scenarios for planning reconciliation.

Key Duties:

• Supply Planning and Inventory Management
• Master Data Management
• S&OP
• Digital Transformation Project and Change Management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
• 10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain
• 3PL Management experience preferred
• Experienced in leading change
