Operation Executive (Commodities Trading)

We are seeking a skilled Agriculture Trading/Shipping Operator for a commodity trading firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing trading operations related to agriculture commodities and shipping logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales and purchase contracts/ invoices
• Handling shipping documents with suppliers and shipping line
• Monitor and coordinate with suppliers & buyers on shipment
• Handling of Import and Export LC documentation
• LC preparation and negotiation
• Record and report shipment status

Requirements:

• Diploma in logistic or equivalent with 2 years of experience in shipping or trading operation
• Familiar with shipping term & LC
• Dry commodities experience is a plus
• Dynamic, hardworking, meticulous and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
