Operation Executive (Inventory Management, Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate warehouse and logistics performance to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and minimize stock-outs.
• Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to track warehouse and logistics performance and report on key insights to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand planning strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse and logistics teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in warehouse and logistics management.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in warehouse/ logistics operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
