Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding / Transportation
• Position Title: Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding)
• Working Location: Loyang Way
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 5:30 pm / 9 am – 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $2,500 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle documentation for all shipments, ensuring on-time collection and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process shipments diligently and efficiently.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding shipment status and attend to their requests earnestly.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, predicting and planning for their future needs.
• Ensure prompt closure of job files in alignment with month-end account closures.
• Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• Minimum of GCE 'O' Level, 'N' Level, or ITE certification.
• Familiarity with Sysfreight software would be highly beneficial.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal aptitudes.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
