Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Help resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Administrative tasks, including inbound and order processing, report generation, and document management.

• Manage inventory levels, including purchasing, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

• Generate pick list/ delivery order/ invoice

• Sorting and allocating of orders to drivers.

• Ensure all inventory records are accurate and up-to-date in the warehouse management system (WMS).

• Support the warehouse team with picking, sorting and dispatching when required.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher Secondary Certification or equivalent

• Warehouse & Logistics operations experience preferred

• Motivated and energetic

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good accountability and a responsible person

• Able to multi task under fast-paced and high-pressure environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word) and SAP

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
