Operations Senior Executive

Job Description & Requirements

Your primary goal is to ensure a smooth operational flow in the fulfilment of orders and also maintenance of inventory. You will work closely alongside the operations director, and also the sales director.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for picking and packing e-commerce orders, and arranging for fulfilment

- Responsible for processing trade orders, and arranging for invoicing and fulfilment

- Ensure proper record and documentation of incoming and existing inventory

- Responsible for quality checks of inventory

- Perform shipment coordination with freight forwarders, customers and vendors

- Manage defective and expiring inventory and facilitate disposal

- Coordinate and track purchases from suppliers

- Keep inventory records for forecasting purchasing needs

- Handle customers' enquiries

- Any other miscellaneous duties as required
