Operations Specialist (Medical Industry)

Our client is a local company in Scientific and Medical industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Operations Specialist to join their Operations Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.

Duties of Operations Specialist:

• Manage customer queries, purchase orders, and efficient delivery coordination.
• Generate accurate invoices, address claims, and oversee sales returns.
• Handle customs clearance for exports and imports.
• Ensure precise inventory management in the system.
• Adhere to regulations governing order processing.

Requirements:

• Diploma in related field
• Relevant experience
