As a Procurement Manager, you are expected to support respective departments with sourcing vendors and goods to provide them with optimum goods and services, and with purchasing of operating and guest supplies including gaming equipment as well as services including maintenance and contract in accordance with the procurement authority matrix, and to minimize costs and maximize savings on purchasing

Responsibilities

1. Making daily, weekly and monthly plans for purchasing with cost control, budget management, sourcing domestic and overseas vendors
2. Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in business, setting benchmark for improvement
3. Supervising a purchasing team and delegating tasks across departments when necessary
4. Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries
5. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or other related field of study
2. A minimum of 3 years work experience managing supply chain operations, preferred proven experience in Hospitality industry or gaming operations
3. Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
4. Highly organized and detail oriented
5. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with management, employees, and other relevant parties
