Purchasing Executive (Marine)

• Providing purchasing services in adherence to established purchasing procedures.
• Promptly notifying Superintendents of any purchasing-related issues.
• Managing the computerized purchasing program.
• Establish inventory control and stock take for all goods supplied and delivered.
• Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Negotiate pricing and build a good working relationship with the suppliers
• Advocating and supporting initiatives for continual improvement.
• Work closely with the Shipping department and company launch PIC.

Requirements:

• Relevant education or equivalent training and experience.
• Proficient in communication.
• Familiarity with computer programs.
• Openness to learning and embracing new systems and ideas.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
• Familiarity with Marine Engines and Separators.
