Regional Head of Energy Transition Execution – Asia Pacific

You can be a pivotal part of this amazing journey! We are looking for a Regional Head of Energy Transition Execution for Asia Pacific to join our Energy Transition Execution Team and work closely with our LnS product teams in APA.

The role is located in the Asia Pacific Region and you will have a dotted reporting line into the APA LnS product organization.

You will be responsible for

Regional roadmap development and execution

• Lead area roadmap development with area teams by implementing and guiding teams to develop baseline for products in scope (first wave: TbM Landside transportation and FbM Fulfillment), prioritize decarbonisation levers at granular level, assess financial impact and build business cases per lever and align roadmap with overall targets and set up reporting mechanism together with Center team
• Drive execution with area teams to ensure progress, unlock roadblocks and report on progress to region management and Center Energy Transition team
• Support development of area organization (capabilities and resources) to execute on roadmap

Knowledge center and guideline implementation

• Coach and provide consultation on decarbonisation matters across LnS product portfolio – links into Center team for centrally driven products (e.g., air)
• Ensure implementation of decarbonisation guidelines and policies; provides market feedback to further refine policies
• Scout and assess potential of innovative solutions

Private and public partnerships

• Identify relevant partnership to drive infrastructure development in private and public sector (in alignment with LnS decarbonisation, procurement and Public Affairs teams) and owns partnership / identifies best owner
• Take part in regional industrial collaboration to support LnS decarbonisation plans
• Support supplier and customer dialogues

We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in complex program management, management consulting or related industries
• Have a background or developed expertise in sustainability and decarbonisation of transportation
• Have collaborative leadership skills and impeccable stakeholder management skills – you can drive decision making with senior management while managing cross-functional teams at all levels
• Have program management discipline which is second to none and financial acumen
• Have a curious mindset and is eager to create and share knowledge
• Love a good challenge and handle ambiguity with a smile
• Are well versed in PowerPoint and Excel
