Job Description - Sales Admin Executive (Permanent)

Job Responsibilities

Perform order processing duties
Monitor trucks readiness and liaise with customers to issue shipping instruction to factories and forwarders
Work closely with customers, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
Swift response to customers, shipment enquiries & freight quotation.
Recording of orders and shipments.
Up to date documentation filing

Job Requirements

Min Secondary or O level
Min 3 years of relevant experience
Must have working knowledge in shipping terms, shipping documentation, L/C preparation and negotiation, application of Certificate Of Origin and Marine Insurance
Experience in SAP is a MUST
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Meticulous, systematic & organized individual
Team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Willing to work at Loyang area
