Shipping Assistant (Warehousing / Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Compile all essential shipping documents.
• Generate shipping invoices.
• Notify customers with shipment pre-alerts.
• Assist in processing customer orders.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by warehouse superiors.
• Maintain and update SAP records.
• Ensure integrity of all records, whether electronic or hardcopy.
• Manage cycle counting and reconciliation of errors
• Generate information and documentation accurately and promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec
• Minimum 2-year experiences in the warehouse/logistics operations
• Good in Warehouse Management System and experience withhandling electronic devices such as RF scanners, Ring Scanners
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA)
• Good problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively
• Able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers
• Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning
• Detail-oriented, analytical and innovative
