· Answer customer enquiries through phone calls, skype and emails
· Follow up on customer's feedback
· Prepare shipping documentations
· Coordinate freight shipment and transport arrangement
· Maintain proper records of transactions
· Perform cold call to existing and potential customers and provide quotations and prospects
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
