Shipping Executive

· Sourcing and Selection of qualified crew and deck/engineer officers.

· Verification of crew qualifications and ensure compliance of crewing matters;

· Responsible for Crew medical checkup, visa application and documentation;

· Updating and maintaining of Crew personnel personal records;

· Manage Crew payroll, cash advance, shore-leave, home allotment etc.

· Manage Crew change planning, including flight itinerary and agent co-ordination.

· Conduct briefing & debriefing to joining/rejoining crew;

· Assisting in the Crew Appraisal and updating of crew matrix;

· Application of flag state required endorsements and certificates;

· Application of MPA Digitalport regarding crew sign on/off and update of crew details as required;

· Application of ICA Immigration clearance for crew, Letter of Guarantee for crew;

· Additional adhoc duty for vessel port clearance and immigration clearance applications, sign on and sign off applications, pilot arrangement for arrival and departure, co-ordination with terminal for loading and unloading cargo.

· Application of flag state endorsements and certificates. Understanding of the compliance with ISM/ISPS code, the company's safety management systems (SMS) and Maritime Labour Convention (MLC).

· Ensure that all matters comply with ISM/ISPS Code and the Company Management Systems in practices, procedures and record-keeping.

- Spoken Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage but not a requirement.
