Job Description

• Position Title: Supply Chain Executive (Work in Vietnam)
• Working Location: Vietnam
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri & Alternate Sat (8 am – 4 pm)
• Salary: Basic up to $4500 + Overseas Allowance + Variable Bonus (Expat Package)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to ensure collective duties & responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Responsible for coordinating with Logistics team in Singapore for purchasing direct material.
• Process purchase orders and handle order placement to meet production demand.
• Coordinate with Logistics team in Singapore on finished goods for overseas shipments.
• Responsible for raw materials position to adhere to target inventory policy.
• Liaise with Custom/Exim Department on shipment issues.
• Monitor and ensure the store inventory system is always updated.
• Work closely with production on exception materials.
• Prepare and submit custom documentation.
• Perform quarterly monitoring of local purchase items through price review and evaluate supplier performance.

• Min Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience in inventory & store management, production planning and freight forwarding preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to be posted to Vietnam.
