*URGENT* 1 year Contract Invoicing Officer (SAP) ($4000 to $4500) #NJA

• Source and report on operational invoicing matters
• Maintain relevant sales databases in relations to invoicing
• Execute Letter of Credit process and ensure timelines are met efficiently
• Vetting LC and support trade finance ops team with document presentation to the banks
• Manage FD process and ensure adherence to policies
• Execute and run reports and procedures required for month end activities
• Assisting with audit and financial queries, when required.
• Support SAP projects and enhancements for CTC process
• Maintain management reporting – keeping team reports up-to-date from both functional and data perspective and maintaining internal databases and systems.

SALARY: $4000 to $4500
