• Position: Logistics Coordinator
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Working Location: Within the Pioneer Area, Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the resolution of shipment issues and effectively coordinate logistics.
• Maintain clear and efficient communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment pickup and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and uphold accurate documentation standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, address complaints professionally, and manage document organization.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Prior experience working in a Zero-GST Warehouse.
• Proficiency in freight forwarding, import/export procedures, and permit declarations.
