Warehouse Assistant (Aerospace / Joo Koon)

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Provide prompt and effective service to both internal and external customers.
• Operate PC & RF-enabled Warehouse Management System in accordance to compliance to ensure upkeep of inventory.
• Perform related inbound processes as defined by Operations Supervisor in alignment with operational Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Perform related outbound processes according to production schedule as defined by Operations Supervisor.
• Assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks and 5S duties, including cleanliness, tidiness and basic MHE maintenance where required.
• Ensure proper handling of official documents.
• Ensure operational and personal KPIs are met.
• Assist in operations activity and undertake other duties as assigned.
• Participate in work improvement initiatives and programs such as 5S, Kaizens, LEAN and SCA with the goal of achieving CEVA Operational Excellence standards.
• Ensure CEVA Quality, Health, Safety & Environment policies and standards are executed and maintained at all times at the workplace.
• Other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least one (1) year of experience in logistics / warehousing work environment.
• Able to read, write and speak in English.
• Good working knowledge of inventory stock taking, storekeeping function.
• Physically able to manage 10 to 20kg load.

• Work Location: Gul Circle (Nearest MRT Joo Koon)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:45pm
