Job Scope:

• Supervise warehouse specialists in daily warehouse operations such as receiving, putaway, picking, packing, kitting, etc.
• Organize and maintain discipline in standard operational processes.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with department supervisors to continuously improve fulfilment accuracy.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement process changes and work practices in partnership with technology team.
• Conduct regular staff meeting with team leaders and ground staff as part of communications matrix.
• Confer and coordinate daily activities, optimize manpower resources with other supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and with a sense of urgency.
• Establish and monitor warehouse security procedures and protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant fields
• Forklift license and reach truck experience is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership qualities, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable with technology and digital devices.
