Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage the different warehouses and leading a team of 18 warehouse personnel
Ensure compliance with all legal, customs, and industry certifications/standards pertaining to local, bonded, and licensed warehousing, material handling, shipping requirements, and safety protocols. Stay abreast of existing and emerging legislation, enforcing adherence and advising management on necessary actions.
Collaborate with customer leaders and internal departments to strategize workflow, address changes, drive improvement initiatives, and resolve issues.
Establish and monitor security procedures and protocols to safeguard warehouse operations and inventory.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular physical counts and reconciliation with data storage systems.
Maintain the physical condition of warehouses and outdoor spaces by implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, and initiating repair or replacement processes as needed.
Meet financial objectives by promptly submitting billing instructions, verifying claims and costs, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective measures.

Requirements:
Min 5 Years B2B Sales and Operation Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
