Warehouse Manager/Supervisor (Retail Industry/Consumer Products)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, assist, strategize, and coordinate day-to-day inventory and all inventory control procedures in the warehouse for seamless operations.
• Ensure that daily warehouse tasks are executed promptly, efficiently, and accurately.
• Ensure precise and appropriate placement of all goods.
• Aid in order fulfillment, picking, packing, and ensure prompt delivery of merchandise with minimal errors in order fulfillment.
• Lead and provide direction to the warehouse team.
• Collaborate closely with retail operations and cross-functional teams to address and resolve daily operational challenges.
• Establish and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistic or Supply Chain equivalents.
• Possess managerial experience in Retail Logistic/ Supply Chain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS experience.
