Facilities & Office Coordinator - URGENT

• Manage office facilities including air conditioning, solar panels, mechanical and electrical services, security systems, PABX, fire safety, and workplace health and safety.
• Oversee maintenance contracts and coordinate repairs with external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 for office security systems.
• Procure and manage pantry supplies, cleaning services, pest control, and landscaping maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain meeting room audiovisual equipment.
• Develop and manage office facilities budget.
• Coordinate office moves and renovations.
• Manage service contracts for various office systems and equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in related studies
• Team Player
• Motivated and good in communication
• Ability to meet deadlines
