Job Description - Facility Technician

To perform general maintenance duties in building & machineries & equipments.
To perform preventive maintenance on machines & equipments bt cleaning, lubricating, greasing etc for optimization.
To perform minior electrical work not requiring licence such as office lighting, appliances etc.
To apply paint or varnish all types of surfaces for protection
Perform related duties as required such as external support or repair
To assist in recording facility utilities.
To carry routine inspections on all operating machineries & equipments
To ensure all ad-hoc work are carried out

Minimum ITE with relevant fields

Able to work as a team

Efficient and adhere to KPI's given

Conform to WSH guidelines

Work at height certificate a plus
