Furniture Servicing Technician (Gross up to $2,680)

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: $2,100 to $2,600 per month
• Attendance Allowance: $80 per month (conditional)

Working Location: Jalan Besut Warehouse (Jurong)

Working Hours:

• Type: 5.5 days work week
• Weekdays: 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM
• Saturdays: 07:30 AM to 11:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform furniture installation, repair, restoration, and maintenance works (on-site and off-site location)
• Assist supervisors in conducting on-site inspections, troubleshooting, and servicing activities.
• Assisted with in-store furniture assembly, installation, repairs, and inventory transfer activities. (ITN/STO/311)
• Support timely resolution of quality, delivery, and customer service issues.
• Conducted inbound and outbound product inspections for deliveries, exchanges, inventory transfers, and stock transfers.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely transfer of products for servicing and customer fulfilment.
• Identified, documented, and labelled defective products with accurate defect descriptions.
• Support initiatives to reduce product exchange rates, refurbishment inventory, and product write-offs.
• Assist customer service teams with product verification, stock checks, and product selection by providing photographs and product assessments.
• Assist customers during in-house product and marble viewing sessions.
• Perform furniture packing, unpacking, assembly, and disassembly activities.
• Support warehouse sales events and roadshows, including setup, dismantling, product assembly, labelling, and logistics coordination.
• Collaborate with store managers and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth execution of promotional events.
• Maintained cleanliness, organization, and safety of the service workshop and storage areas.
• Performed other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Min. 'N' level and above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry, furniture installation, repair, restoration, or warehousing support
• Valid Forklift License is an advantage
