Junior Technical Support (Coffee Equipment & Machine / West) AL70

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic installation, setup, and commissioning of commercial coffee machines
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning
• Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues
• Respond to customer service requests and provide on‑site technical support
• Document service activities, parts usage, and machine status in service reports
• Support warehouse tasks such as machine preparation, testing, and configuration before delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of GCE ‘O’ level / ITE/ NiTEC
• Possession of a valid Class 3 licence is an advantage
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
