Machine Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation.

Inspect machines regularly to identify and address potential issues before they cause significant problems.

Clean and lubricate machines as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in machinery and equipment.

Execute repairs on malfunctioning machine, including replacing or repairing defective parts.

Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve complex technical problems.

Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.

Calibrate and adjust machines to meet specifications and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and machine performance.

Conduct safety inspections and report hazards to ensure a safe working environment.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with production staff to understand machine performance and address issues promptly.
