Maintenance Electrician

The incumbent will provide assistance to the Maintenance Manager to support the smooth operations of the department. Responsibilities include but not restricted to the following:

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance, repair, installation, testing and commissioning  of equipment for both mechanical and electrical works

• Support equipment failure check, troubleshoot and repair

• Execute works including :

- fabrication (bracket, stand, conveyor etc);

- maintenance and repair (lifting mechanism, pneumatic actuator, servo moto, pump, solenoid valve alarm panel, piping, fan, gear, packaging machine, inkjet printer)

• Maintain housekeeping in work areas

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years hands-on relevant experience in a construction and/or manufacturing industry

• Minimum Certificate in Electrical or equivalent

• Experience in PLC installation and electrical works

• Understand and interpret mechanical and electrical wiring design and schematic drawings are advantageous

• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills independently 

Other Information

• 6 days work : 

- Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays : 8am to 5pm

- Tuesdays, Thursdays : 8am to 530pm

- Alternate Saturdays : 8am to 5pm 

• Company shuttle mini bus is provided from and to Kranji MRT station

• Possess own vehicle is advantageous
