Job Description

• Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor
• Working Location: Rochor
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on general repairs, including simple carpentry such as furniture repair and fixture installation.
• Carry out basic electrical works, such as replacing sockets and light bulbs and checking minor electrical issues.
• Handle minor plumbing tasks, including clearing clogs and fixing small leaks.
• Perform painting touch-ups and minor wall repairs when needed.
• Conduct regular checks of rooms, furniture, and fixtures to spot issues early.
• Complete repair and maintenance work on time and to a good standard.
• Use and update the job ticketing system to track maintenance tasks.
• Record work done with clear status updates and completion notes.
• Identify repeated issues and suggest longer-term fixes.
• Follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines for all work.
• Follow safe work procedures for electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Report any safety risks to the Operations Manager.
• Help with moving and assembling furniture for new tenants.
• Support the operations team on special tasks (e.g., minor renovation touch-ups).

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in general maintenance, building services, or a similar trade role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing work.
• Electrical Worker Licence (LEW – Licensed Electrician, Grade 7)
• WSQ Apply Waterproofing for Internal Wet Areas (bathroom/kitchen) or BCA Certificate in Waterproofing Supervision (roofs, walls, basements)
• Good to have Licensed Plumber (LP) (Public Utilities Board)
• Good to have WSQ Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) certification
• Good to have Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) certification (for air-con servicing)
