Manager/ Senior Manager, Electrical Maintenance (TPU/2026/EMD/621)

Job Responsibilities

In-charge and lead Electrical Maintenance department in the followings:

• Plan, formulate and disseminate department work

• Plan maintenance strategies, yearly budget and expenditure management, inventory monitoring, compliance with regulations, HSE and company policies

• Lead department staff in the investigation and analysis of major Plant defects, abnormalities, forced outages and load limiting constraints

• Organize and oversee the implementation of the plans for all electrical maintenance works/ upgrades/ improvements/ legal compliance and liaising with relevant authorities

• Plan department staff welfare, manage administrative, human resources and training

• Lead/ participate in improvement or new projects from technical aspects

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering with minimum 10 years relevant experience with leadership role in similar industry

• Able to work extended hours and on weekends and public holidays

• Must be literate and well versed using basic computer skills, report writing skill, Plant maintenance management system and tools

• Possession of specialized qualification and certification in relevant electrical field

• Power and Utility Plant will be an advantage

This position is located in Jurong Island. Company transport will be provided to/from Choa Chu Kang and Jurong East MRT station.
