MECHANIC

MOTORCYCLEREPAIR & MAINTENANCE

●     Perform servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for motorcycles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.

●     Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.

●     Carry out engine repairs, suspension, braking systems, transmission, electrical systems, and general mechanical repairs.

●     Ensure motorcycles are ready for customer collection or delivery.

WORKSHOP OPERATIONS

●     Complete assigned repair jobs efficiently while meeting productivity and quality standards.

●     Update service request accurately with repair findings, work performed, parts used, and completion status.

●     Ensure all repairs are completed within the allocated labor time whenever possible.

●     Report any damaged or faulty equipment to the Workshop Manager immediately.

●     Support other technicians when required to ensure timely completion of workshop jobs.

●     Ensure correct parts are requested and installed for each repair.

●     Assist with stock checks when required.

QUALITY & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

●     Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest quality standards.

●     Perform quality checks before releasing motorcycles for customer collection.

●     Minimize repeat repairs by ensuring accurate diagnosis and workmanship.

●     Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers when technical explanations are required.

●     Assist in resolving technical issues and customer concerns promptly.

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

●     Comply with all workplace safety regulations and company policies.

●     Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

●     Properly handle and dispose of oils, batteries, tires, and hazardous materials in accordance with environmental regulations.

●     Always wear appropriate workwear for safety purposes.

●     Report workplace hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.
