Operation and Maintenance Manager (2 years fixed-term contract)

The Operation and Maintenance Manager Role would require he/she to:

·        Plan and schedule O&M activities across TTE solar sites in Singapore

·        Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards.

·        Maintain O&M documentation.

·        Provide operational information of solar or ESS to support technical team. 

·        Track Plant KPI – and create measures to mitigate any short fall.

·        Track O&M contractor performance and ensure performance KPIs are met.

·        Update O&M reports and submit the same to Regional Office.

·        Other tasks as assigned by reporting line manager

·        Send period reports as requested.

·        Travel as required to project and related locations

Requirement
·        Bachelor’s in electrical engineering or related fields.

·        Minimum 4 years of work experience in O&M activity or minimum 2 year in solar.

·        Experience in operation of battery storage system is plus but not mandatory.

·        Ability to travel to various sites in Singapore on regular basis and as assigned.

·        Good in English both written, listening and speaking.

·        Native language fluency in listening and speaking.

·        Own driving license.
