Operations Supervisor (Class 3/ Automotive Parts)

• Position : Operations Supervisor (Class 3/ Automotive Parts)
• Location :Ubi
• Working hours : 5.5 work day; Monday-Friday 8.30-5.30, Saturday 8.30-12.30
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + OT + Performance Bonus + 7 days Annual Leave (add 1 day per year)
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Automotive (Accessories and Air-conditioning)

Main Responsibilities:

• To supervise and ensure our production technicians perform their assigned tasks safely and accurately.
• Be ready to cover the full duties of any technician at our customers’ workshop sites, including our mobile service, when required.
• Perform the technician’s role when called upon at our retail outlet/s.
• Conduct checks on our technicians’ work quality regularly, according to established job SOPs.
• Support the Operations Manager in any product demonstration for potential customers.
• Perform logistic duties in relation to customer support.
• Administration work in relation to our operations.

Requirements:

• Class 3 driving license and able to safely operate any light commercial vehicle.
• Knowledge and able to perform automotive maintenance practices safely, accurately and independently (preferably certified, Nitec or equivalent).
• Supervisory skills preferred but not a must
• Basic computer literacy, like creating forms, Digital delivery orders, typing notes for record purposes, etc.
