Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Food Manufacturing
• Position Title: Plant Technician
• Working Location: Senoko (Transport provided)
• Working Hours: 12-hrs rotating shift, 3-on-1-off (7 am-7 pm), 3-on-2-off (7 pm-7 am)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport & Shift Allowance + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus (2-3 months)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the process according to the respective operations manual & GMP to ensure production targets are achieved safely.
• Carry out process sampling.
• Monitor process condition.
• Record all operating conditions and process quality.
• Correct minor process deviations.
• Inform supervisor of any abnormality in operating conditions.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Operate equipment/process according to authorised procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S in the work area.
• Ensure proper handling and taking over of duties during shift changeover.
• Process all non-GMO oil in accordance with authorised procedures.
• Comply with all risk control measures and adhere to safe work procedures according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements while performing assigned work duties.
• To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

• Minimum GCE N-Level and above.
• Background in Maths and Science subjects are preferred.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in the process industry would be an extra advantage.
