Renovation Executive (F&B Shops)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Renovation Executive to oversee store renovation and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.

Project Planning & Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and manage renovation, refurbishment, and outlet fit-out projects.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Site Supervision

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and progress.
• Ensure contractors comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
• Ensure renovation works meet company quality standards.

Contractor & Vendor Management

• Source, evaluate, and appoint contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing and project costs.
• Monitor contractor performance and work quality.
• Verify completed work before payment processing.

Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare renovation cost estimates and project budgets.
• Monitor project expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.
• Review invoices, variation orders, and contractor claims.
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Maintenance & Repairs

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for F&B outlets.
• Respond to urgent repair requests and operational issues.
• Schedule maintenance works to minimize business disruption.
• Maintain maintenance records and asset documentation.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure renovation projects comply with local building regulations, fire safety, and workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate with landlords, consultants, and relevant authorities for approvals and permits.
• Ensure contractors comply with workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain proper project documentation and compliance records.

Project Handover

• Conduct final inspections before project completion.
• Prepare defect lists and ensure rectification works are completed.
• Coordinate project handover to the Operations team.
• Ensure all documentation, warranties, and manuals are properly submitted.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in renovation, project management, facilities management, or F&B outlet fit-out.
• Experience managing multiple renovation projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction methods, M&E systems, and interior fit-out works.
• Familiarity with local building codes, fire safety, and workplace safety regulations.
• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD or project management software is an advantage.
• Willing to travel between outlets and work outside normal hours when required.
