You are the person responsible for making sure every unit is ready, functional, and well cared for — from takeover to daily operations.

🏆 What You Will Be Responsible For

You will take charge of multiple residential units, ensuring they are:

• Fully ready before student move-in
• Properly always maintained meticulously
• Professionally managed from start to end

This includes:

• Unit inspections, defect identification & repair coordination
• Room setup, space planning and staging up
• Hand-on with minor repair works, and Managing contractors for renovation works
• Managing and keeping tracks on maintenance issues (aircon, basic repairs, etc.)
• Conducting student’s check-in / check-out inspections
• Keeping inventory and assets in order

👉 You are the go-to person on the ground.

👤 Who We’re Looking For

Someone hands-on, reliable, accountable, and takes ownership.

•  Degree welcome
• Basic knowledge of repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc)
• Can manage contractors and get work done properly within the timeline.
• Good communication with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
• Organized and detail-oriented (good documentation is key)

💰 Salary

$1,800 - $2,800 (based on experience)
