SALES MANAGER

A Sales Manager oversees a company's sales department to drive revenue growth. They are primarily responsible for leading, hiring, and mentoring sales teams, developing and executing strategic sales plans, setting quotas, and analyzing performance data to meet or exceed business targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives while building a performance-driven culture.
• Sales Strategy: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscapes to identify new business opportunities and refine sales tactics.
• Performance Management: Set individual and team sales quotas, track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, revenue), and prepare accurate forecasting reports.
• Account & Pipeline Management: Oversee the customer acquisition and retention process, negotiating high-value contracts and managing the CRM.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Finance teams to align sales goals with overall company objectives
