Senior Technical Executive (Facilities Management Punggol) DT

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and the facilities management team, ensuring timely and effective service delivery

• Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned sites

• Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance works, asset upkeep, and infrastructure improvement projects

• Supervise on-site contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with required standards

• Conduct site inspections, monitor service quality, and implement corrective actions where necessary

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation within the facilities management system

• Support project implementation, including site coordination, measurements, and progress monitoring

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, contract requirements, and operational procedures

• Provide support for staff onboarding, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Prepare regular updates and reports for management and stakeholders on operational performance and maintenance activities

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management, maintenance, or technical operations

• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, M&E systems, and facilities operations

• Good organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and projects simultaneously

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with local building regulations, workplace safety requirements, and facilities management best practices is an advantage

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable travelling frequently across multiple school sites within the Northeast region of Singapore

• Able to respond promptly to operational and maintenance issues during school operating hours

Additional Information

• Work Location: Northeast Region, Singapore

• Nature of Role: Frequent travel between assigned school sites is required

• School Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (support required during operational hours as needed)
