Senior Technician

Description
To handle installation, commissioning, maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting of machines in accordance with ISO and Bizsafe standards, company policies, and safety regulations.

Requirement
1.       Repair equipment in the field with minimum supervision.

2.       Determine causes of failure of engine mechanical / electrical system and complete repairs.

3.       Keep supervisor abreast of unexpected job delays and additional problems

4.       encountered.

5.       Attend to local and overseas commissioning.

6.       Respond to emergency service call.

7.       Maintain a complete list of standard mechanical, electrical & special tooling.

8.       Overhaul engines in the workshop.

9.       Openwork orders, job sheets & service requisitions.

10.     Maintain service database, status log for service work in process.

11.     Maintain communication with customers, provide update on job status when necessary.

12.     Report job delays or additional job scope to customers & direct superior.

13.     Assis tin ordering parts when necessary.

14.     Submit accurate, complete and legible reports upon completion of jobs.

15.     Process warranty related activities.

16.     Ensure all warranty parts are properly tagged.

17.     Report job related injuries & work safety breaches.

18.     Report lost, damaged or missing equipment & tooling.

19.     Make recommendation for required new or replacement tooling & workshop sundries when necessary.

21.     Ensure the service vehicles & equipment are properly maintained.

22.     Provide technical support & advice to unit sales projects.

Liaise with factory for technical support to jointly resolve technical issues or matters.
