Senior Technician

Job Summary:

As a Repair and Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure are properly maintained and repaired. Your duties will include identifying potential issues, creating maintenance schedules, performing repairs and upgrades, and preventive actions for maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To perform general repair works, including painting, patching of walls, electrical switches and other fixtures and equipment
2. Plumbing & sanitary - Clear minor chokes in sanitary systems - toilet bowls and basins, floor traps, repair of sanitary fittings, etc.
3. Periodically maintenance aircon, exhaust dust & kitchen equipment
4. Attend to breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency requests from different outlets under the company.
5. Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences.
6. To assist as and when required in relocation of furniture/ equipment etc.
7. Support Logistic Delivery as and when required
8. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirement:

1. Must obtain valid class 3 or 4 license

2. Able to lift heavy stocks and climb ladders or scaffolding as needed. The job may require working in tight spaces or at heights.

3. Able to service aircons

4. Will work in various environments, including indoors and outdoors, and may be exposed to dust, and warehouse environment.

5. The job may require working evenings, midnight, weekends, or holidays in case of emergencies or scheduled maintenance.
