Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
• Respond to service enquiries via phone, email and remote access.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and system-related issues.
• Coordinate with field service engineers for onsite support when required.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or vendors.
• Coordinate warranty claims, spare parts and repair arrangements.
• Assist in testing, configuring and commissioning equipment where necessary.
• Support preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Candidates with relevant service or technical support experience will have an added advantage.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
