Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Distribution (Audio Visual)
• Position Title: Service Technician
• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + $600 petrol allowance + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test audio visual systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with AV systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on AV equipment.
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
• Document service and installation activities accurately.
• Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in servicing and repairing TVs or Audio-Visual Systems is preferred.
• Must have a Class 3 driving license
• On-the-job training provided.
