Job Description

• Position Title: Technician / Production Operator
• Working Location: Tai Seng
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00 am – 5.45 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble a variety of mechanical components for production, including intricate wiring for harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Follow instructions from drawings, tickets, or verbal guidance to modify or assemble production parts.
• Use hand tools and machinery such as power screwdrivers, rulers, soldering irons, heat guns, and wire strippers.
• Ensure parts are clean before use.
• Recognize wires based on colour codes.
• Help in launching new products.
• Assist with inventory counts and management using established procedures.
• Collaborate in team initiatives for improvement and maintain good relationships with colleagues.
• Have a deep understanding of the machines and methods used in this and similar industries.
• Achieve daily goals for production volume and quality.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by your supervisor.

• Minimum GCE “O” Level
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Basic knowledge of hand tools
