Job Description - VroomTown Crew Member

Constantly monitor all activities on and around the playground to ensure children are playing safely.
Enforce rules and regulations of the playground to prevent unsafe behavior.
Manage the flow of children entering and exiting the playground to avoid overcrowding.
Ensure that the number of children on each section is within safe limits.
Respond quickly to any accidents or emergencies.
Administer first aid if necessary and contact emergency services when required.
Provide assistance and information to parents and guardians regarding the safe use of the playground and equipment.
Address any concerns or queries from parents or guardians about safety measures.
Document any injuries or equipment failures to comply with safety standards and legal requirements.
Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks as allocated by the Management at all times
