Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Industry: Chemical Manufacturing Sector
• Work Schedule: 12-hour Shift Rotation (3/2/2/3)
• Compensation: Monthly Base Salary Range of SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,400 with addtion of Monthly Fixed Allowance
• Potential Monthly Gross Salary: From SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,200 ++
• Work Location: Jurong Island, Singapore
• Company Transportation Provided: Jurong East / Lakeside MRT
• Additional Benefits: AWS & Performance-Based Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of mechanical systems to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Optimize equipment performance, enhance energy efficiency, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, providing technical expertise and contributing to effective decision-making processes.
• Participate in all health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety measures during mechanical maintenance activities.

Entry Requirements:

• Possess at least an NITEC Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Proficient in mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.
• Capable of basic report writing for mechanical maintenance tasks.
• Ability to conduct basic root cause analysis for mechanical breakdowns.
