Senior Fragrance Evaluator

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9.30am – 6.30pm

Salary: $3,000 – $4,000

Location: Tampines

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on fragrance trends, competitors, and consumer preferences
• Collaborate with fragrance team and perfumers to develop market-relevant scent profiles
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for fragrance products
• Create marketing content (product descriptions, social media materials, etc.)
• Manage fragrance development projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Provide recommendations based on customer requirements
• Initiate new ideas to improve products and market competitiveness
• Lead or support international projects to expand market presence

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Chemistry, Business, or Marketing
• Experience in fragrance retail or sales preferred
• Basic understanding of fragrance trends and consumer behaviour
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
• Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
