我们是一家位于新加坡的 瓦斯管路設計工程公司，随着业务扩展，公司现招聘 Coordinator Cum Admin 行政助理，协助处理日常文书、资料整理及部门协调工作。

We are a Singapore-based Pipe construction company. Due to business expansion, we are looking for Coordinator Cum Admin to support daily administrative and coordination tasks at AMK.

工作内容 Job Responsibilities:
• 处理日常行政与文书工作
Handle daily administrative duties and documentation

• 协助资料输入、文件整理与归档
Perform data entry, filing, and document organisation

• 跟进订单、送货文件与内部记录
Assist with order tracking, delivery documents, and internal records

• 协调不同部门之间的基本沟通
Coordinate basic communication between departments

• 接听电话、回复邮件与安排相关行政事务
Handle phone calls, emails, and administrative coordination

• 协助上司完成其他行政相关工作
Provide general administrative support when required

职位要求 Job Requirements:
• 基本电脑操作能力
Basic computer skills required

• 熟悉 Microsoft Office（Excel / Word）
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications

• 做事细心、有责任感
Responsible and detail-oriented

• 能独立完成工作并配合团队
Able to work independently and as a team

• 欢迎有 Construction / Office Admin 经验者申请
Candidates with manufacturing or admin experience are welcome

• 欢迎 Junior / ITE / Diploma 毕业生申请
Junior candidates, ITE and Diploma graduates are welcome
