Assistant Account Sales Manager

Job Description

• Nurturing good client relationships and providing solutions that align with business objectives.
• Develop and manage accounts plans.
• Identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Forecast sales and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Cross-functional collaboration to exceed sales targets and improve customer retention.
• Maintaining awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, raw material pricing and market conditions to provide strategic insights.
• Keep track on payment with timely submission of invoices and follow up with monthly SOA to clients.
• Liaise with Operations Department on stock inventory and delivery status.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in marine/ shipping/ coating/ shipyard industry
• Possession of a NACE Level 2 certification would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Words
• CRM & ERP software proficiency (e.g. Microsoft Dynamic NAV)
• Willing to travel
• Possession of own vehicle
• Ability to work in a hands-on and operational environment (learning curves expected)
