Assistant Production Supervisor

-       Min 1-2 year working experience in manufacturing environment

-       Ambitions and meticulous characteristic

-       Able to work with Microsoft office

-       Must be willing to undergo hands on production training for few months

-       Able to converse with English &Mandarin speaking colleagues

-       Able to lead, manage & motivate a team of operator & handler

-       Assist in own department's manpower planning and deployment

-       Ensure effective implementation of process procedure in production

-       Ensure efficient and effective communications inter and intra departments

-       Assist in ensuring smooth running of department operations of shift on duty

-       Troubleshoot quality issue caused by production

-       Train operator in the production process to ensure that they work efficiently and safety
