Asst QC Chemist

Reporting to: QC Manager/QC Supervisor

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible forplanning and conducting hands-on analyses to support the set-up of instruments in the QC laboratory.
2. Conduct analytical methodvalidation, review data and troubleshoot reliability issues of instruments.
3. Review and upkeep Quality,Safety and training documents of instruments in compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
4. Comply with laboratory safety guidelines and maintain good laboratory housekeeping.
5. Work collaboratively with other team members to timely and accurate completion of tasks.
6. Perform any other tasks assigned by QC Manager/QC Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
2. More than 2 years of working experience in laboratory related functions.
3. Knowledge and understanding of laboratory operation, equipment (GC, HPLC, GPC, FTIR,Titrators), software (OpenLab), Microsoft tools and systems (LIMS).
4. Good analytical knowledge and ability to work independently.
5. Possesses skills including teamwork, communication, detail-oriented, prioritization and change management.
